Customizable jerseys can not be refunded. According to the law, there is an exception on the statutory return policy. The statutory return policy does not apply to customizable products. You can find more information on the bottom of the page in the 'Return policy' tab.
Cancelling your order is also not possible. We start the production of the jersey very short after we received the order. Once the jerseys are printed, we can not accept a cancellation of an order.

You can find a size chart at the product page so that you don't have to worry about the size. Also make sure to double-check your order information and customizer options before you order. Due to the large demand on our jerseys, it may occur that some products are sold out and out of stock. Every product will get restocked shortly after it's sold out. We can't guarantee a specific time period for the restock.
