First, we need to produce your order, which approximately will take 3-5 days. After that, we will ship your order to your destination.

Customizable jerseys can not be refunded. According to the law, there is an exception on the statutory return policy. The statutory return policy does not apply to customizable products. You can find more information on the bottom of the page in the 'Return policy' tab.
Cancelling your order is also not possible. We start the production of the jersey very short after we received the order. Once the jerseys are printed, we can not accept a cancellation of an order.
